This project aims to implement 2 motilities of (10) people in social enterprises in Italy (Cagliari and Trieste), in order to train the participants in fields of Adult Education, Experiential Learning and Vocational Guidance Techniques, in fields of Social Economy and Social Marketing, with the ultimate goal of social inclusion and strengthening the skills of vulnerable social groups. In addition, Ergon Training aims to strengthen its European Dimension and network of partners, with the aim of participating and jointly creating European training programs and other Social Entrepreneurship initiatives.
