Founding and Mission: Ergon Training, founded in 2012 in Athens, Greece, is a non-profit organization committed to enhancing pre-professional skills through vocational education and training (VET). Our mission is to empower individuals and communities by providing high-quality, experiential learning opportunities that promote lifelong learning and social inclusion.
Early Beginnings: The organization began as an initiative “Think Tank” by a group of experts and trainers passionate about vocational training, lifelong learning, and support for vulnerable groups. Growth and Development: Over the years, Ergon Training has grown significantly, actively participating as a central partner in numerous projects. Through our dedicated team and collaborative efforts, we have contributed to over 50 projects funded by various financial frameworks such as Erasmus+, Lifelong Learning Programme, AMIF, and EEA Grants.

We are committed to developing new educational techniques and training tools that address the evolving needs of the labor market and society. Our focus remains on providing top-notch vocational and business training while fostering a culture of continuous learning and personal growth.
