Our Story
Ergon Training, founded in 2012 in Greece, is dedicated to improving pre-professional skills through vocational education and training. We apply experiential learning principles and collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to deliver impactful training programs. Our history of participation in over 50 projects across various financial frameworks, including Erasmus+ AMIF, EEA Grants, etc. underscores our commitment to lifelong learning.
Vocational Education and Training (VET)
Our VET programs are designed to enhance practical skills and employability. We focus on human resources development, communication, social economy, and more. Our training methodologies are rooted in experiential learning, ensuring that participants gain hands-on experience and real-world knowledge


Corporate Training
Ergon Training offers comprehensive business training programs aimed at improving communication and transversal skills among company executives. Our programs have successfully trained employees from 8 organizations, impacting over 200 trainees in 2023 alone

Our Team
ERGON Training partners are vocational training instructors and experienced project managers who work with many educational and advisory organizations in Greece. All the knowledge and experience acquired by its members through these partnerships is now transferred to Ergon Training, which constantly seeks good practices, new tools and methodologies, in order to integrate them into its trainings but to enhance the experience of its trainer, who consist mainly of psychologists and adult educators.
