Ergon Training established the Vocational Training Centre “Edify Center” in collaboration with IASIS NGO, certified by the Ministry of Education and the National Organization for Qualifications and Vocational Guidance (EOPPEP) with code 210065. By studying the needs of the market and assessing the strengths of each company or organization, Edify Centre has designed trainings and experiential seminars to develop competencies in knowledge and skills at the personal and professional level targeted at human resources.
Our VET programs are designed to enhance practical skills and employability. We focus on human resources development, communication, social economy, and more. Our training methodologies are rooted in experiential learning, ensuring that participants gain hands-on experience and real-world knowledge.
Psychosocial Service: as ERGON Training’s staff consists of experienced psychologists and assessing the needs of the time, we developed the psychosocial service, where psychologists of various psychotherapeutic approaches, social workers and speech and language therapists undertake individual sessions in an environment based on the individual needs of each beneficiary.
